Standard Warranty Terms and Conditions
1. Warranty Coverage
Just Mobile provide 1-year product warranty statement for electronic accessories.
Just Mobile warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship during the warranty period, which is one year from the original purchase date. Products with warranty coverage will include warranty serial number sticker on the color box. If a product proves to be defective under normal usage during the warranty period, Just Mobile will repair or replace the product. After the standard warranty coverage period, a consumer requiring service will be responsible for the costs of parts and labor.
For warranty service, we reserve the right to replace a service product with other product of equal value when an exact replacement or part is not available. You can upgrade to a higher value product by paying for the difference.
2. Definition of the Warranty Period
To ensure your right, please register your product online after purchase and be sure to keep your proof of purchase, such as invoice or receipt. Service requests cannot be processed without proof of purchase. If a proof of purchase cannot be presented at time of service, warranty coverage will be based on original shipping date after manufacture.
*For warranty service, please provide proof of purchase (a copy of purchase invoice or store receipt). If you don't have proof of purchase, the warranty period will start on the manufacture date that we have on file.
3. Restrictions and Limitations
Warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper installation, accidents, abuse, misuse, improper care, industrial use, or acts of God. Warranty does not cover natural deterioration of parts such as battery core and rubber. Warranty does not cover the loss of accessories such as packaging materials, cables, and instruction sheets.
Faulty parts removed during service become property of Just Mobile. Just Mobile reserves the right to use new or factory refurbished parts for service.
