Shipping and Handling

  • Free Shipping on Orders Over $100
    Orders over $100 before tax qualify for free shipping to countries marked with an asterisk (*) in the country selection menu.

  • U.S. Orders  
    Orders to the U.S. will ship from our U.S. warehouse when inventory is available. If an item is not available locally, it may ship from our distribution center in Taiwan.

  • International Orders
    Orders to countries not marked with an asterisk (*) will ship from our distribution center in Taiwan.

    International shipments may be subject to customs clearance fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price. As customs policies vary by country, we are unable to estimate these fees in advance.

  • Shipping Charges
    Shipping is charged per order, not per item. Combining multiple items into a single order can help you save on shipping costs.
